  Worst experience ever at McDonald's on 1265 Tropicana! It's 11:33 PM, and it took an hour and a half smh ... just to receive 3 orders. Seriously?! After a long Halloween night, when you and your kids are hungry and just want something quick to eat, this is the last experience you want to have. The service was extremely slow, and waiting an entire 2 hours for three orders is absolutely ridiculous. Because they keep canceling my order for the curbside order, this was the weirdest night and about time I got home all my food was cold. Smh If you're out with your kids after Halloween and looking for something quick to eat, do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! This location definitely wasn't it tonight. Frfr! 👎

  The bacon cheese egg bagel was cold. Cheese not melted...bad way to start my day...most likely not to re visit that location. Thanks

  This is the second time I went to this location and left dissatisfied. I’m a Vegas local and have been living here for 26 years and not once had I EVER had to leave a bad yelp review. The employees have attitudes and they are inconsistent when taking your order. In my receipt, I ordered a L regular coke. After I received my drink expecting it to be regular coke, I took a sip and it was Diet Coke. I do not care if the drink was a dollar, you give the customer their order correctly and satisfactory. I already made a complaint to HR and corporate. I am still waiting for a response for compensation of my terrible experience with the establishment. I’m leaving this review so that others be aware and to stay clear from this location.

  every time we go get food here they never gave for what we ask all the time example today we ask for icream they don’t have none bc their machine is not working we ask for frappes same time we ask for pie they don’t have none but they still charge me for it this location sucks

  I put in an order at 9:06 am since I had to get for a work shift at 10, expecting my food to take no time at all, but despite telling them my order number, I was still left waiting for nearly THIRTY MINUTES. When I finally got someone’s attention to complain, they asked to see my order on the app as if they didn’t see it on their screen. They offered me an extra apple pie or something to try to make up for it, but that’s not what I wanted. I just wanted my order ON TIME. I’m deeply offended they took so long to handle such a simple order. Unacceptable. Food was fine,but fix your service. As someone who’s previously worked at another McDonald’s, I’m well aware of how long it should’ve taken.
