- TSTiairia Simmons5 days ago1.0This is by far the worst McDonalds!! I was trying to earn my points like I always do and their system or the app was acting up so the girl who was taking my order ignored me so when I got to the window I asked again about the points she went and got her manager with an attitude so I tried to brush it off. The manager Roxy comes to the window and she has an attitude too as I’ve done something to her when I haven’t even spoken yet. She doesn’t even bother to hear me she offers me cookies for free and I’m explaining that’s not what I was asking I wanted to earn points for my order she tells me she can’t give me that so I try take a sec this rude manager Roxy proceeds to say ok is that all like are you done I told her she can leave! Then I get to the second window and my drink doesn’t have extra cream that I kindly requested. I get home only to find out my order has the one thing I’m allergic to after requesting it be removed! So I just wasted money, received disgusting customer service and can’t eat my food! To top it off my cookies are burnt! Never again!!! Worst experience ever!!!

These employees are attentive & bubbly, they're in the back conversing & always look like they want to be there & all talking to each other having fun. They even greet you with friendly conversation & always ask if there's anything else I need at curbside. I always pretty much go to this location only nowadays
