  I was here around 9pm last night, I ordered a small dr pepper at the kiosk and it wouldn’t let me add cold foam so I requested it at the counter. The supervisor came up and tried to charge us $3 for cold foam, I can understand an extra 80 cents, but she wanted to charge us for a whole other drink that I already paid for . She was rude to me and my boyfriend constantly rolling her eyes.

  This McDonald’s was not accommodating, no menus, which I know they’re changing but one of the kiosk said it wasn’t working and there was a line and then this annoying greeter walking around asking you if you need anything anything else it’s not a restaurant you should pull him off the floor plus he’s not very pleasant not very professional. You need a little more if you’re gonna have somebody out there somebody a little more mature as he just said I’m just messing with the balloons. It’s not a good McDonald’s.

  I love McDonald's, but this experience was terrible. My food came cold, and the toppings on my Big Mac were all gone? It seemed like a Ketchup ONLY burger. It seems that whoever makes the burgers puts nothing on it... And the Fanta tasted weird, and the fries were actually the only good thing, and my fries usually come in BAD. I'm bumping it up to 2 stars, but this McDonald's was actually kinda unacceptable.

  I went to this McDonald’s several times around 2:30 in the morning, the website said it’s 24 hrs, but no one responded at the drive thru, and we looked at the drive thru window and the entire place was dark, so I called and someone picked up said “hello”, I tell them my issue and all of a sudden they don’t speak English and all of a sudden hung up

  I've brought this up before but I guess it just doesn't sink in . If a customer orders their food a certain way , you would expect it to be done correctly. Question.... why even have a customization area to customize your food if your employees are not going to adhere to what the customer wants . I always ask for extra onions on burgers . I ordered 4 double cheeseburgers with extra onions , no pickles and no salt . Seems they can sometimes get two outta three right . But for some reason , getting extra onions seems to be to much of a chore for your employees. I included 4 photos of my burgers . Can you tell me if this is extra onions you see on the burgers ? I think not , just the standard amount they always put on burgers ..... So got a response email from a manager from dayshift whom stated to come back and ask for him and he would make my order like it should have been made in the first place . So I go a couple of days later and re-order my meal and he did comp the meal . Now , if your sending me an email stating your going to make it right , wouldn't you go to your cooks and make sure that the order has extra onions as that was my original complaint ? Not this guy obviously. Got home and the amount of onions on the burgers were less than my original complaint showing the pics . I give up , its obvious this franchise hires the " tide pod kids " generation . There's no one with a ounce of competence that works there . So now I just go to the one on Durango amd Farm . They never fail to get my order right .
