  The reason why people go to a national chain like McDonald’s is consistency. Whether you go to this McDonald’s on Hollywood & Lake Mead or another McDonald’s in New York City, you expect the food to be exactly the same, the service to be exactly the same, and the speed to be exactly the same. Not so with this McDonald’s. It can’t even be consistent with itself let alone what people have come to expect from McDonald’s as a whole. Sometimes the food is good and made correctly. Other times it’s made wrong or comes out cold and soggy. Customer service and speed is completely random. It is these inconsistencies that will be the downfall of McDonald’s.

  This McDonald’s the Wait Was super long Customer service was rude. They argue back to me I pay for my sauce and they only give me two I pay for exercise Sauce And they argue I didn’t pay for it In the drive-through, they took so long They never have for breakfast Chicken McGriddles Is one of the worst McDonald’s in Vegas they go really slow they always take so long Bringing my food out They never have everything on the menu on the app They always get my food wrong The service is one out of 10 here The worst McDonald

  If I could give zero stars I would!! Martha is extremely unprofessional, absolutely no costumer service with her. She talks down and is condescending with paying costumers. Will never come back to this location again!!!

  I just went to Mac Donald's, got 2 Filet O Fish with extra tartar sauce. Hopefully I won't choke on the little bit I received. I paid extra which isn't a problem the problem is you just can't get what you pay for at these type of establishments. Lake Mead and Hollywood.

  Don’t even deserve a 1 star. MARTHA IS THE WORST MANAGER! So rude and unprofessional!!! I ver never had issues with buying a toy separately from the happy meal at McDonald’s but today I did. I’ve never had issues with the staff denying a toy for a boy but today I did. To give my son a girls toy and tell me this is the only toy they have with no solution and acting like we don’t exist at the counter is beyond me. She didn’t even look at me, she said what she said then ignored me, no apology, no solution, just a rude lady with no common courtesy or professionalism.
