I was just at this location an hour ago. I went through the drive thru and ordered a chicken mc crispy combo with medium fries, a blackberry passion fruit refresher, and a bacon quarter pounder with cheese. My order was $20 and I got to the front and they told me to wait at the pickup line. Okay, that's perfectly fine. I waited there for 5 minutes. I got my food, doubled checked and it seemed I got everything. I got my mc crispy strips, drink, sauces, and my bacon quarter pounder according to what the receipt on my bqp box said. I get home and there was NO bacon on my quarter pounder. There was no sauce on it either, one pickle, and the pounder was very bland and dry. I had to put sauce and make bacon to put on it. Im quite disappointed with the burger I got despite it saying on box that it was a bacon quarter pounder along with the receipt on my bag and the physical receipt I got. This location needs to do better.
24 Hours? Do the workers know that this establishment is 24 hours?
Today at 3:30am, I came to the drive thru to pick up my mobile order: Large Caramel Iced Coffee using my rewards points. I either get an employee saying “We are not taking orders as our computers are restarting for breakfast service”. I always respond, “I have a mobile order……..”. I normally get my drink- which I’m appreciative.
Today on the other hand, the message was “We are not taking any orders at the moment”. Again, I had a mobile order using my points because, this establishment is 24 hours!? They were 3 young adults working there. I get that not everyone likes working in the middle of the night but, people travel at all hours of the night. People also work at all hours of the night in this town. Please McD, do better!

I’ve never left a google review before, but I was in the drive thru waiting at the screen for over ten minutes, and no one said a single word. There was about 10 people in the dive thru line, and I honestly don’t mind waiting in the drive thru, it is what it is, but to wait over ten minutes at the screen and not even be acknowledged is unacceptable.

Great customer service! Had custom orders and staff constantly were checking in on our order and updating us as we waited. Great experience and good food! Order was all correctly made!
I’ve had multiple recent orders from this McDonald's location, and unfortunately the quality has been consistently poor.
Large fries have arrived half full, shakes and smoothies not filled properly, and the fries themselves often taste burnt. On top of that, basic items like napkins, ketchup, and nugget sauces are frequently missing.
I understand mistakes happen, but this has become a pattern rather than a one-off issue. It's frustrating to receive incomplete or low-quality orders.
I hope this location improves its consistency and pays more attention to order accuracy and food quality moving forward.
