  This location is disgusting . They have nets flying around everywhere. I was sitting at a table and I got up to wash my hands and when I came back there was a net stuck on my ketchup that I poured over my french fries. This place is nasty

  I don't care what time of ANY day that I go to this location the food is ALWAYS cold. I cant tell you when I got hot fries from here. And they got the audacity to have you go pull up for your food and still bring out cold fries. This location has SO many issues, apparently who every owns this location apparently doesnt care how ran. From now on, ill drive a little further to Freddy's, Their food is ALWAYS hot AND fresh. Oh and cheaper, even with driving a little further. 1:33PM 5/10

  I say this is probably one of the most efficient McDonald's on the side of town. Definitely convenient right before the freeway and always busy. But regardless they move things in the Drive-Thru very quickly and are pretty accurate with their orders. Never had a problem here good staff

  I made multiple attempts to call this specific McDonalds to file a formal complaint against an employee for their behavior towards me and my botched order. On first pick up the employee on the phone instantly had attitude and when I explained the situation they hung up. I will not be afraid to escalate this situation to corporate for this extreme unprofessionalism. I’ve made like three or more attempts to call back only to be stopped with an instant hang up or laughter in the background after every sentence I spoke then a hang up, this is extremely demeaning and I definitely will be filing a complaint. Please do better, this isn’t how a business should have to operate, let alone a leader in the fast food industry.

  McDonald’s is known for their french fries. Not this time. I ordered a Quarter pounder meal to take out and the French fries were brown, lumpy and cold. I think this McDonalds gives take out Orders less quality (they know you may not return the items) than Dine In. So, next time - I will order for Dine in and ask for a bag. If the money I gave them look like my food - they would be bankrupt
