  Today, my daughter, her friend, and I were tidying up here when a homeless man approached her friend, bothering and intimidating her. I do not think this is appropriate, as places like this which are meant for families should not have people engaging in such inappropriate harassment and intimidation. The service and the staff are bad. And inside the place, it smelled strongly of marijuana.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointing and Concerning Experience I had a very upsetting experience at the McDonald’s on Sahara Ave & Maryland Pkwy. I clearly ordered a large fries with NO SALT due to a medical condition that requires me to strictly avoid sodium. Unfortunately, the fries I received still had salt on them, which is a serious health concern—not just a minor mistake. What made this even worse is that the fries appeared to have been re-fried, as if they tried to remove the salt instead of preparing a fresh batch. This raises concerns about food safety, proper handling, and overall quality standards at this location. When customers request “no salt,” it is often for medical reasons, and failing to follow such a simple instruction shows a lack of care for customer well-being. Situations like this can have real health consequences and should be taken seriously. I strongly recommend that management improve staff training and ensure that special instructions—especially those related to health—are followed properly. Until then, I would advise others, particularly those with dietary restrictions, to be cautious when ordering here. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unacceptable experience.
