  Not sure his name but the gentleman taking orders at 3am on the night of the 16th was so great. Super friendly

  I'm surprised that Gwendolyn is a manager. No morning greeting, not even a hello. Handed me my food and told me to get out of there. Really unpleasant and uncomfortable experience. At least the first girls who cashiered were nice and food was hot.

  Went here before 4am (3:45am) and they told me that they were only serving breakfast. I was not looking for breakfast. I tried asking what their breakfast hours were, as to avoid them but they could not give me a specific time frame and said it depends on the kitchen staff when they finish their breakfast.

  So we needed some late night food before going home. We ordered cheeseburgers with extra pickles and onions... but only got pickles, no oinions in sight.. And we got a Big Mack, with extra 2 patties, and extra sauce. (Mimicking the "Double Big Mac" in Canada) but only got 1 patty.. The thing is that I requested the receipt because it is a plague of not getting what you paid for at a fast food places. A matter of fact, I did pay for 2 extra patties, not just one, and the oinions and extra sauce were on the receipt too, but we did not get that. I really need to start examining the content in the bag still at the window to make sure everything is there, including requesting the receipt, because it happens too often... addementum: The customer service reps at the drive thru were all nice,polite, attentive and got the order right on paper. But something, somewhere, down the line, almost always gets messed up.....

  Always have the order correct and the food is always hot. Couldn't ask for anything more from a McD's
