  I definitely ordered a large size, but the fries I received were not a large. Last time, there were only a small amount of fries in my large fries, but I didn’t leave a review and just let it go. However, this time, it clearly was not a large size at all. It’s frustrating and unpleasant to pay for a large size and receive a smaller portion instead.

  I was charged for my full order, but one of the items was missing. Unfortunately, I only realized this after I got home, which is quite far from the store. When I contacted them, I was told they could not issue a refund back to my credit card, which was very frustrating and inconvenient. On top of that, the staff’s attitude was quite poor and unhelpful, which made the situation even worse. I understand mistakes can happen, but the way this was handled was unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I hope the management takes this seriously and improves both their service and customer support.

  Did a mobile order, went inside when it stated that it was ready. Stood by the pickup station for 10 minutes and was never acknowledged by the employees. They were more worried about saying good bye to each other. Manager had no control over his staff and when he finally acknowledged me, he had nothing but an attitude. The food was cold, half filled frappe. And when you look towards the kitchen you see the trash over flowing and fries and salt all over the floor. Can’t even imagine what the rest of the kitchen looks like. Unacceptable!

  Order was not ready at the windows after I gave my order in drive thru line. Pulled over to waiting area and notice upon checking my food I got a partial big Mac instead of a quarter pounder with cheese that I ordered!
