- KBKelz BelzMar 28, 20261.0This is the only location that I have been to that has the worst attitudes and service. Twice now I have had rude and indignant service. Today I ordered sugar free iced coffee and one of the was regular. We are diabetic so its not an option to accept one with sugar. I was duly notified by the girl in the 2nd window that the SF was not on my order. Well okay that is not my fault. I know what I ordered. Then I was told to sit at the parking spot with all my hot food for 10 minutes for a iced coffee while my food was getting cold. She legit was about to try to tell me I had to take that coffee. The 1st time I was reprimanded like a child by the manager at the 2nd window for asking for picante sauce at the window and not at the drive thru speaker. I was informed that this is the appropriate time to ask for 2 sauces. I mean get over yourselves its McDonald's not Gordan Ramsay's burger joint. Mind you I am a 50 yr old that doesn't need to be told anything about how to order fast food, but your employees could use an EXTENSIVE course in customer service.
