  Disgustingly burnt chicken nuggets. The box and the bag were soaked with grease. The location by skye canyon is so much better than this one.

  Other than the service being slow at times and being unorganized. Whoever this person is does work here is ALWAYS parked in the curb side parking spots. There are times this place is super busy and that person is parked in one of the spots and then customers can’t park. I have complained to the workers several times and this now will be here for the review and I will go to higher management. Workers need to park in the parking lot and leave these spaces for paying customers. Stop being lazy.

  First of all, if I am paying $3.69 for a freaking Caramel Sundae that plastic cup needs to filled up with ice cream, not half of cup with half caramel and half melting ice cream.. do better Team members. Went through the drive thru and I waited in line for 10 min. The first window thought I was door dash and I kept saying no, I ordered through the aap. Then when I pull up the guy was having a personal conversation with coworker and didn’t even see that I pulled up. Didn’t give me napkins, my sauces or ketchup. The whole McDonald’s need retraining in everything. I don’t go to another location because I literally live 3 min away.
