- CKCream Kookie1 day ago1.0They literally don’t give the right order every time. They either forget the fried, the sauce or your drink. They’re rude and make everything salty
- MMM4 days ago1.0When I asked to use the restroom, they kept saying only paying customers could use it. Meanwhile, I kept showing them my pick-up order on the app. Of course it was a white woman. She spent so much time arguing with me that by the time she gave me my food it was cold.

The restaurant was playing the pre school education song on a loop( think abc songs and counting number songs) My order was never prepared, I was afraid I would developed mental problems if I stayed longer so I left. Feels like a black mirror episode.

It's usually due to the order box saying they'll be with you and take several minutes. Then, have you pull around and wait several more minutes. Homeless inside take up tables but haven't ordered anything limiting actual customer table availability.
