  No issue with the quality of food I get but the manager is so rude rolling her eyes not willing to help. Thinking Im doing something shady, very unprofessional. She was working 5/11/26 in the later afternoon. I come for my free fries from when the Golden Knights score, all my kids grandma everyone we always order something not just the fries. We all have our own app with proof and she is always an issue not the first time. Please honey put a smile on.

  I went into the Mcdonald's on 4075 S Buffalo Dr. about 10:35 am on 5-11-2026. I tried to use the machine there to order my food. I was having problems. There was a lady mopping the floor. She continued mopping the floor until she was done as I'm standing there waiting to order. When she was done she walked right be me and don't say a word. She took the mop to the back. And I'm still standing here waiting to order. I was there a good 8 minutes still wait for someone to take my order. Not one person came by to ask me if I need anything or to even acknowledge me standing there. She came back up without the mop but her cell phone talking to someone on the phone. She came up to the register and I thought she was gonna help me now. Was I wrong...she turned around and did not say a word and went back to the back again. By this time, I'm very upset, I walked over so I could see who was in the back there and 2 girls was standing there getting the food ready for other people. I yelled at them, and I say, is there anybody here that could take my order. One of the girls turned around and said, she will be with you in 1 minute. Nobody has even acknowledge me or helped me. I says, I don't need to eat here and walked out. This McDonald's is across the street, from my house. I have been in my house for 38 years and this McDonald's has gone down hill. I will ever step foot in a McDonald's ever again. WOW...Customers don't mean anything.

  Unacceptable for Employee and Customer Use. Standards are Extremely Low for this Location! Code is Required to Use Restroom yet Restrooms are not up to Health Department and Business Expectations

  I asked if the espresso machine was working they said yes then I asked for an iced mocha then they said the machine was down i literally asked before managers need to. Do better

  The app didnt work and the guy in the drive thru was nice and tried to help. The food was surprisingly good! At first I thought the fries were kinda squishy and slimey but they actually had salt on them and tasted really good. I stopped going to McDonald's for years because the fries would be so gross and have almost no salt.
