Ordered online. Waited half hour in drive through only to be told not ready, I tried canceling on app but it said too late order is being prepared. They then say they can’t make frappe at this time. Will not go back!

Why should anyone have to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru after payment for there food to be brought out. To make things worse not even fresh. Smh 😒

Ordered on the app, told to pull around and that they'd give us our order. We waited 20 minutes in our spot before going inside. Then, when we did get our food from inside, they messed up our order, forgot a meal. Also a sketchy atmosphere, several people outside eyeing and following our car. Wouldn't even recommend this place to tourists.

I am writing to share a very upsetting experience received by April (manager on duty) I visited this location with my four-year-old daughter, who urgently needed to use the restroom. As any parent would understand, when a young child says they need to go, it is not something that can be delayed. I attempted to take her to the restroom first, fully intending to make a purchase immediately afterward. However, I was told by April that I needed to buy something before my child could use the bathroom. I explained clearly that my daughter urgently needed to go and that I would purchase something right after. Despite this, April repeatedly said, “No, I’m on camera—you need to buy something first.” At that moment, I had no choice but to advocate for my child, who was on the verge of having an accident. What made the situation worse was the lack of empathy and understanding. When I raised my concern, I was told not to be loud, followed by April stating she “didn’t know” I had my child—even though my daughter was right there with me asking for ice cream. This response was extremely disappointing. Customer service should always include basic compassion, especially when it involves a young child in an urgent situation. No policy should override common sense and human decency. A four-year-old child should never be put in a position where they might have an accident because of a rigid rule about purchasing first. This experience reflects a serious lack of sensitivity and customer care. I strongly believe the staff at this location would benefit from additional training in customer service and situational awareness, particularly when dealing with families and children. I hope ownership takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue. Situations like this do not just reflect on one employee—they impact how the entire community views this establishment. As it stands, this experience left me feeling that this location prioritizes policy and profit over people, which is unacceptable. I will be sharing this experience with others in the community, as I believe it’s important for people to be aware of how situations like this are handled here. I sincerely hope changes are made so that no other parent or child has to go through something similar.

Food was VERY cold. Service was slow. Atmosphere was extremely creepy. I was the ONLY ONE in line and the Security Guard came up to me and asks me what I'm going to order. I didn't know I would need securitys approval to order from a McDonald's. I'll NEVER go to this location again.
