  No stars if I could. Absolute disaster of a McDonald’s across from Mandalay Bay on Las Vegas Blvd. I understand being busy, but having 4 employees standing around while customers are ignored at the front counter is ridiculous. Meanwhile the “manager” in the fancy apron is yelling across the kitchen about burritos instead of helping actual paying customers. Tried ordering at the counter. Ignored. Forced to use the self order screen. Only card payments accepted. Screen froze. Went back to the counter for the third time and still nobody. Zero customer service. Zero coffee at 6:30am in Las Vegas? Nobody communicating anything. This location feels like they genuinely do not care whether customers are helped or not. Embarrassing experience.

  This is a very convenient location away from traffic. Morning and lunch staff are tops in customer service. Fastest service if you order at the kiosk.

  Very bad service, cold food . Worker gave out my food to someone else then told me it wasn't his fault. This is not this first time with this bad experience, issue is im a local driver and on this side of the strip its only mcdonalds .

  Before I did the review I've already gave the feedback through the website form and they reply they can't do anything about it. I did a order 3AM through the mobile app and when I went there to get they said is was close and will be open only for breakfast. Just lost my time.

  There isn't a person at the counter to take your order, ordering is done with kiosks and wait is a little longer than most. The staff seems small and doesn't appear like they care about the place or customers. BUT great option to grab a milkshake at somewhat reasonable price.
