  So I purchased a coffee and they had me waiting 10 minutes only for a coffee and after they bring the coffee out to me the lid was not closed tightly so it spilled on my hand and I had to go to the emergency now for my burnt on my L hand . Idk what’s next . Horrible experience

  This is the most unorganized McDonalds I’ve ever been to. They do not keep track of orders but instead just tell everyone in the drive thru to pull around to wait for their food. At some point you want to stop taking orders to ensure customers are getting their food. I placed a mobile order, was asked to pull around and at least 7 cars after me got their food and left. Waited 12 minutes, went inside and they did not have even 1 of my items. Yall, I literally order a latte, apple pie and 2 slices of bacon for my dogs. Had to add that part because I ended up having to get a refund and leave. And no bacon treat for my babies. :(

  The worst customer service at any McDonalds ANYWHERE. We ordered from the Kiosk on May 13th at 3:02 pm & 11 minutes later NO FOOD. We asked the women working there where our order was & she ignored us the first time. We asked her a second time & she stupidly asked us if we had paid for the order. After waiting 11 minutes, we had to leave without our food. Do yourself a favor & avoid this location as obviously the owners don’t care about how shitty the service is or how useless their employees are.

  Food was hot. Fast customer service was on point. It's always nice traveling around when I'm doing security and finding great places to be able to get food on the go

  Worst experience at a McDonald's with managers or supervisors in my life. They had horrible service. I called to speak with the manager and asked for a name. I was hung up on over 15 times by multiple managers and have now attempted to reach out to the district manager to explain the experience that these people are providing and what they're apparently allowed to get away with all females
