- DTDaniel Tan1 day ago1.0waited an hour for fries, nuggets and chicken sandwich. 2 groups behind us got their food before us. ordered 3 10 piece nuggets and only got 1. worst mcdonalds ever.

After literally waiting 1.5-2 hours along with plenty of others... the manager THEN stated that they had been ignoring mobile orders to prioritize the lobby orders WITHOUT TELLING ANYBODY. They just kept pushing the order back. Meanwhile, they straight up ignored anybody asking about their orders right to their faces. Offered refunds after 2 hours of being ignored, which was then a line 10 people deep. Serves me right for being patient when they were obviously busy. Actually insanely disrespectful... thanks for ruining a otherwise good night!

I had tried my mobile but it was returned because of the breakfast no longer available after 10:30 AM. I may had ordered around 10:35AM. Then come inside use the kiosk machine to order. But it didn't show up my mobile app and machine didn't print. It was whole confusing start. Then I went to the front desk and ask consult asked some help what happened to my order. The person told me give me number but I don't know the order and say my name because I ordered with my earning code. But she said there are no such order like under your name. I went back and ordered new order. Then I ended up ordered twice. The person went back and raise my return request quickly. It was pretty busy mc branch and the kiosk supposed to work no issues IMO. but the quality was good.
