    They always want you to pull around to the front, to make them think that you're they're clocking their time, so they make the company think that they're serving food as they come through the window, but that's not what they're due, they make you pull around, and then they come back out and bring your food. That's some bull.

    Gladus was so rude I will never cover to mc Donald’s again the ladie was ignoring me when I asked to place an order looked at me and rolled her eyes and walked away how are you even an employee if she did that to every customer you guys would be out of business I wasn’t finished putting my order in and then I have to go around again because what reason so I had to place 2 separate orders

    This is one of the better McDonald's in town. You never have to wait too long the staff is always very welcoming and professional.

    I visited your drive-thru on June 1, 2026, between approximately 1:30 AM and 2:00 AM to purchase food for my family. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and reflected a serious lack of customer service and quality control. While placing our order, the order taker verbally confirmed and repeated our order back to us. However, the drive-thru display screen was not showing our order as it normally would, preventing us from visually verifying its accuracy before proceeding to the pickup window. When I arrived at the pickup window, I noticed that the drinks being handed to me were incorrect. I informed the employee that our order consisted of three Hi-C Orange drinks and one Orange Soda. Instead, I was being given two blue-colored drinks and two orange drinks. The employee then referred to the order displayed on his screen and the printed ticket, insisting that the drinks were correct according to the system. I explained that the drive-thru display screen never showed our order, leaving us only with the verbal confirmation provided by the order taker. Regardless of what was printed on the receipt, those were not the drinks we ordered. Rather than resolving the issue, the employee informed me that it was “too late” to change the drinks and stated that he did not want to be “that guy” because there was a line of customers waiting behind me. When I reiterated that the drinks were incorrect and simply needed to be corrected, he leaned out of the window and pointed toward the line as justification for not addressing the mistake. As a customer, I found this response unacceptable. A simple drink correction should not become a debate, especially when the error originated during the ordering process. At no point was there an apology, acknowledgment of the mistake, or attempt to provide a reasonable solution. Instead, the responsibility was shifted to the customer, and the inconvenience of correcting the error appeared to be more important than providing proper service. Additionally, I observed the employee wearing personal AirPods while handling orders and interacting with customers. While I cannot say with certainty whether this contributed to the issue, it certainly raises concerns about distractions that may affect order accuracy and customer interactions. I also noticed that the two vehicles ahead of us appeared to experience similar issues with their drink orders, as drinks were returned and replacements were handed out. This suggests that our experience may not have been an isolated incident. To make matters worse, after a lengthy wait, the food quality was equally disappointing. The fries were cold and appeared to have been sitting under a warmer for an extended period. The chicken nuggets were extremely hard and tasted as though they had been reheated or refried. If food is being served from holding cabinets rather than cooked fresh, one would reasonably expect service times to be faster, not slower. Overall, this was one of the worst fast-food experiences I have had. The combination of incorrect orders, poor customer service, lack of accountability, and substandard food quality demonstrated a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and value. Had there been an option to leave a score lower than the minimum available rating, I would have done so. I hope management reviews this incident, addresses the customer service concerns involved, and takes appropriate steps to improve both order accuracy and food quality moving forward.
