  Food was not right twice in one week. I’m a huge fan of McDonalds but they gave me the wrong food once and then a damaged product the next. They did not replace the damaged product but they would have replaced the wrong food if I’d have brought it back. I didn’t want to drive that far. I ate it but I was VERY disappointed.

  This location is the least modernized location I've seen. The Manager are awesome and the original team members that worked here when I first started coming to this location were amazing. The issue now is over the past few months they have a new employee who constantly makes mistakes on my orders. When I ask for condiments the new employee forgets them (it's been 4 different times this happened) the only time the employee doesn't forget is when I ask for the condiments before and after getting my order having to remind the employee for the condiments. Last time I ordered a full meal at the drive thru speaker and then had to redo my order at the drive thru window because the employee didn't put in my order correctly and I had to make 2 different payments. Not only that, my order was still wrong. It wasn't busy, there was no rush. Just the employee doesn't seem to care about being there. Today I ordered for delivery, trying a new approach to get my order correctly made. I noticed a change in the recipe for the sausage burritos. It had slices of hard boiled egg, like the egg you get on a sausage McMuffin. However the sausage burritos are only supposed to have scrambled eggs. It seems they are using left over eggs and mixing them with the scrambled eggs to save on disposing of old food and save on costs. Because of this, I am honestly not going to come back to this location for breakfast meals. I gave 3 stars because when I was served by the managers or those who been there the longest, I've never had issues but the lack of 2 stars is strictly due to the reasons stated.

  Pésimo servicio, sucio y el personal parece que les pides regalada la comida. Si no quieren trabajar que se queden en su casa. La máquina de sodas asquerosa.

  Shame on Mcdonlads have this place under big names. The manager she don’t know even how to take order as she seems dealing with homeless all day , she is very rude . , I didn’t even place an order and left . Better u close this place
