  Hi , I recently came through the drive thru today, and i just want to say what great customer service this location has, you can tell they actually care about their jobs. The young man with a dark brown and like orange/red hair with glasses who was taking my order did an excellent job at following instructions and doing everything i asked, and then the people at the second window did good at following orders and giving me the correct amount of sauces. I can say I'm very pleased by how the food tastes too. Everything was fresh and cooked how i wanted it oh and their Ice cream machines work unlike other locations. I definitely recommend!!

  Not sure if it is something with poor management or what. However it makes absolutely no sense that every order I make takes at least 20-30 minutes. It's fast food, not like they are actually cooking the food from scratch. It grows frustrating when you order something as simple as a breakfast sandwich and hashbrown, and still waiting 20-30 minutes. I even try pick up orders, still get there and end up waiting 20 minutes. What's the point of "pickup" ordering??

  Unbelievable. I received a double cheeseburger without any cheese?! McDonald’s I need a refund😭

  This McDonald’s is almost constantly dirty, has long lines, and the self order machines have failed to give me a receipt more than once, which is concerning. The real reason for this review is because 3 times in the past 3 months at this location while using the mobile app, my food has been given to me missing items. The first two times I brushed it off as a rare accident but at this point I understand that the staff is incompetent. Today they forgot $10 worth of food in my order. I’m not asking for royal treatment here, I just want to receive what I paid for.

  I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for my order. No one told me it would take this long. And when I asked them to let me know next time how long an order would take, they told me they didn't know—even though this is a fast-food establishment. Furthermore, a delivery driver should have the option to either leave, wait out a 15-to-20-minute delay, or simply cancel the order.
