  Honestly, they’re very rude. I came maybe 330. They told me they’re gonna be closed until 4am. I was like OK you know what I’ll come back and I came back at 4:10 trying to give him a little extra time went to the drive-through. They immediately put the nasty attitude that they’re still closed and they need 15 minutes like why say that you guys will be reopening at four why not just say like 430? I was just trying to get out something to eat after a long day of work.

  DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT YOUR ORDER RIGHT. I would've given 1 star, but then they'd be able to remove my review. Despite the items being available to purchase on the mobile app, I was told they stop selling ice cream after midnight. So when I went and was told that at 12:45am, I asked for a refund for the item. The young man at the window told me they "don't do refunds on mobile orders" but I could try to email McDonald's and I'd "maybe or maybe not receive a refund". I did just that and was surprised when corporate informed me refunds are done through the store directly. So I call the store and explain what happened, to which one of the managers tells me how sorry he is and that they shouldn't have told me that and I would have to come back down to the store for them to refund me. To which I was adamant about not doing because 1) they've already lied to me about giving refunds so, 2) I'm pretty sure they can refund me with all my receipt information over the phone so I don't have to waste more of my time and gas. The guy, after rudely interrupting me throughout the entire conversation, gets an attitude and when I ask who the GM is, he hangs up on me. I called corporate to file a complaint and get my refund. This location ALWAYS messes up my order (which is why I have not been there but a handful of times over the past year), their staff is rude and lies to customers, and their leadership allows it and is also rude to customers. McDonald's is not rocket science, so the fact they can't ever get condiment ratios and extra toppings that people pay for correct is insane. I get most of the staff are teenagers, but management needs to seriously DO BETTER. Because these kids are being told by SOMEONE that they can lie to customers and not do their jobs correctly.

  Very rude manager. They forgot a sandwich for the second time in a month or so and i told them it was the second time that it had happened and i had to go back and she replied.. you can go to another mcdonalds theres plenty all over...the manager martha said that also said that people just grab the bags with the food and leave without checking. I guess she feels that it is the customers fault that we missed items in the bags.
