  I've gone here about once a week for years and I can count on one hand the number of times they have gotten my order correct first try.

  I get the best iced tea here. The workers always have a smile for me. We had to stay at the Ronald McDonalds house in Seattle for a few months so I always support by tossing in my extra change.

  McDonald’s food is what it is, I came here to review the service. Our drive-thru experience has been consistently great for well over a decade. My son also enjoys the PlayPlace. Although we don’t go to McDonald’s as often anymore, we still stop by when he wants to collect a specific line of Happy Meal toys. We use them as small rewards for his academic and sports achievements, most recently, the Mario Galaxy toys. Today, however, was frustrating. My son wasn’t feeling well after basketball academy. I was planning to take him straight home to rest, but he asked for a Happy Meal and a toy to add to his collection. We’ve collected 6 out of the 12 characters so far, so I decided to call at ahead to avoid wasting time. I called at 6:10pm. Unfortunately, the employee who answered didn’t seem to understand my question when I asked which toy numbers were in stock. Before I could clarify, she hung up on me. Who does that? I decided to take a chance and go in anyway. When we arrived, we were told the toys had already been discontinued. It would have saved us time, and my sick son some energy, if that had been communicated over the phone. I did ask to speak with a manager so they’re aware about this girl’s trashy service. The manager (Hispanic male) came out and, while not particularly apologetic, did make an effort to help. He checked the back and found two toys we didn’t yet have. We purchased two Happy Meals, and he also added a small bonus to make up for the inconvenience. So despite the rough start, I appreciate the effort to turn the experience into a positive one. Thank you.
