  These ppl left a hair in my 100$ order unacceptable fries a nuggets cold. Grown adults can’t cook me a simple meal. McDonald’s is a scam… not real

  The food is always hot and fresh and the service is usually great during the morning and afternoon but the night shift staff is less friendly but I understand lol !! But they always have fast and good service with amazing tasting food and the interior and exterior of store is clean .

  OK, so I go to this particular McDonald’s every single day my daughter has , McDonald’s is her safe food. All the managers here have been great.. Jackie, Chris and Maribel (whom I spoke with today regarding my original issue). I called and spoke with Maribel about a particular employee Vanessa who has been extremely rude, Disrespectful And downright nasty towards me. Purposely messing with my order and Shorting me items. I’ve been letting it go or politely asking for a corrections for right my orders.. Today I had enough… I went through the drive-through, An item from my order was forgotten..fine..I go back. Get the Item.. No issue. I leave go to take a sip of my soda and someone shoved a huge Ice into the cup to where it was The sides of the cup protrude out. Clearly, this was done purposely.. And again same employee. Maribel Listen to my concerns, Offered to remake my original order and Reassured me, she would address the issue. I went Back to pick up my complementary order. Vanessa was taking orders and refused to take my order. All she said was pulled to the next window.. She refused to even acknowledge me.. I had to go to the second window to where you receive your food in order to put in my actual order with a different employee Jonathan. To which I asked him why my order wasn’t taken when I pulled up.. He’s pretty much signed it up as Vanessa didn’t want to help me.. Jonathan was condescending and had a smirk on his face when he was explaining this to me. I then asked him for his name and the female employee Vanessa’s name.. To which he gave me both names.. Then proceeded to ask me why multiple times and held my soda hostage until I told him why I asked for those names… I had to yell at this guy to please give me my drink so I could leave. I am so in shock, Mind blown and disgusted by this customer service. I am taking this to corporate. This is not OK to treat customers this way. Especially a customer that comes every single day!
