- JLJacob LaskyJun 16, 20261.0I experienced some of the worst customer service ever at this location. I placed a mobile order late at night for in-store pickup. The store info on Google said it was open (and I have been there before at the same time with no issues) but when I got there the doors were locked. There were about 4-5 staff members sitting around in the lobby who did not acknowledge me and just carried on with their conversation. I went to the drive through instead, and no one answered me. And I left the line and returned several times over 25 minutes. I know I was not the only one confused or not given their order because, I watched about 10-15 people come to this location to unsuccessfully attempt ordering or picking up an order. No one was served and people were becoming angry. It was pretty obvious the team could see a huge pile up of cars. Finally some workers left the building, but avoided walking to where all the cars were piled up at the drive thru. Eventually, I caught someone taking the trash out, who didn’t even acknowledge the backup of cars. I told him I placed a mobile order that said was supposed to be ready and he just told me it shouldn’t have gone through because the location was closed. Look I know this isn’t a Michelin star establishment, but I can’t believe how aloof and disrespectful this store was. And I’ve had some minor issues here, but nothing like this. I don’t even know yet if I got refunded or not. Seems like bad management.

It was clean, the trash cans were emptied out, the order was correct, and the food was good. Everything was done right. And the employees conduct themselves professionally. Whoever the manager is, they’re doing a great job running a business. Keep up the good work.
