  Mastro’s Las Vegas exceeded my expectations. The food was outstanding from start to finish, with every dish cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The service was equally impressive—attentive, friendly, and professional without ever feeling overbearing. While the restaurant is located inside a mall, don’t let that fool you. Once you’re inside, the atmosphere is upscale and inviting. The live music was phenomenal and added so much to the overall experience, creating a fun yet elegant vibe. My only minor criticism is that I wish the dress code were enforced a bit more consistently. For a restaurant of this caliber, it would enhance the upscale atmosphere if guests adhered to a slightly higher standard of attire. Overall, the exceptional food, outstanding service, and incredible live entertainment make Mastro’s a place I’d happily return to and recommend to anyone visiting Las Vegas.

  Tony Gardner (the manager) was incredibly rude and condescending to us, even though we were repeat customers and we were prepared to spend a lot of money for a special occasion. We were all dressed up and were frankly a little disappointed when we were walking through Crystals towards the restaurant. While watching people waddle out wearing flip flops and Walmart shorts, two well dressed men walked out and told us that they had been kicked out for the way they looked. They warned us that Mastro’s wouldn’t let me in because of the length of my shirt sleeves on my very expensive shirt. They were black and appeared to be a gay couple. There were no warnings when we made our reservations or anywhere else we could easily see, other than a text to dress “upscale.” Also, the women at the reception desk said nothing to us as we waited to be seated, right in front of them. We hoped the black gay couple were wrong. Sure enough, the reception desk wouldn’t let us in but politely offered to get the manager. Tony came over with a bad attitude, looked me up and down and said, “you can’t come in.” I asked if he had any discretion for accommodation or exception, given that my shirt was high end and the women in my group were all dressed to the nines. With zero compassion he flatly rejected the request without so much as an apology. He looked down to us if we were beneath him, and as I expressed my frustration, he began to smirk as if he thought it was funny that our whole night was ruined. It wasn’t just that the dress code was arbitrary, rigid, and counterproductive (Birkenstocks and baggy plaid shorts that other guests were wearing are not “upscale” or “smart casual”). It was that Tony Gardner treated us like pariah, even though I am used to luxury experiences. This experience felt trashy to me.

  We were taken here by a vendor so I can't speak on price...ill assume it was expensive but it was amazing. The service was impeccable and well orchestrated for our large group. The food was top notch starting with the seafood tower that was probably the best I have ever had. My meal was the Halibut and it was super. Dessert was the signature butter cake and it was amazing. Definitely and experience level dinner and highly recommended.

  Joined some family visiting out of town and this place hit it out of the park! The dirty martini is the best I’ve had in a long time and because they leave the shaker at the table, you get at least 2 for 1! Steaks were great but the branzino was one of the best I’ve had in Vegas! From the smoking cocktails to the shrimp appetizer, dry ice for the win!!! Amazing all around!
