  Back in September 2025 we had the pleasure of celebrating our 2nd Anniversary at Mastros Ocean Club. From the moment we arrived, our Concierge Payton provided us with a professional welcome, preparing us for the short but worthwhile wait before getting our seats in the treehouse. Once we were seated, our server Lanford gave us time to settle and was very knowledgeable regarding choices and recommendations from the menus, which had also been personalised to wish us a very happy second anniversary! We have been to restaurants all over the world, but this was the first time we had experienced this level of care and attention to our experience. We also had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager Tony Gardner during our dinner, who did an amazing job of ensuring our dining experience was impeccable throughout. As for the meal itself, we were presented with plentiful freshly baked bread choices which we did (unfortunately) over indulge on - The Lobster mac and Cheese was a delight, fragrant, delicious and generously portioned. Our only regret was we were unable to finish it all! Definitely sample the bread, but save room for your meal! The cocktails were also well crafted and paired nicely with our food. The steaks we had were also cooked to perfection, and we even had a little celebratory dessert that was a delicious footnote to what was an extremely enjoyable feast. From start to finish, the ambience, hospitality, and taste of the food ranked as one of our best experiences ever. I would also like to thank Tony and his team for their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail - this review was long overdue, but given the chance we will definitely be back! Mastros is a 5 star top tier dining experience that should not be missed! Thanks Again! R&H

  Had the pleasure of dining here to celebrate our anniversary. Our waitress was Kim and she was absolutely amazing. She made the entire evening such a treat. The food was great but the service really knocked it out of the park! Thank you Kim for a wonderful evening!

  Last year came with my mom for Mother’s Day. Loved it and it was a fond memory for me and my mom so decided to run it back this year with the rest of the family. Execution and the level of class this place had went out the window. Seafood was all brought out on separate dishes with a bunch of dry ice fogging the place up lol couldn’t see the food 😂 and the portions were way smaller. Like they were trying to hide it with the dry ice. Steak was cooked perfectly when it showed up, but it was brought out on a 400 degree plate that cooked it well by the time we ate it. I don’t know man the food just wasn’t the same. $700 bill didn’t seem worth it. Should have known when the place barely had any reservations made on Mother’s Day of all days

  Such a great experience! Been wanting to bring my Aunt & Uncle here for years, and we had such a great time. Sam is the best server! So kind, friendly, and informative. Managers Emily & Austin were inviting and professional. Ten out of ten will recommend and come back next time I'm in Vegas!
