A big shoutout to our server on Saturday in Summerlin, I believe his name was Dylan. I’m sorry if I got the name wrong, but he was a tall gentleman with a 15-month-old baby at home, so maybe that helps identify him. Truly the best service we’ve had there so far.
We came in with small children to celebrate our baby’s 2nd birthday, and he made the whole experience feel special from start to finish. He took such great care of us, explained everything so patiently as if it was our first visit, and even surprised us with a special birthday dessert. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer experience.
Looking back, I honestly wish I had left him a bigger tip. Thank you for creating such a sweet memory for our family.
The only downside was the reservation process. We booked a table over the phone and were told everything was confirmed with our ETA, but when we arrived, we were asked to wait another 20–30 minutes. The team did find us a table outside, which we appreciated, but with small children and the Las Vegas heat, it wasn’t the easiest setup. Thankfully, Dylan’s service completely turned the experience around for us.

The first time we went, it was amazing. The food was immaculate and so delicious. We loved it so much we went the very next day and were shocked at how disappointing it was. Maybe it was too close to closing (We went around 9pm) or something but the quality was just not the same as before. (Didn't taste the same, the meat was more gritty and food seemed old like it was sitting for a while before we got it) Our server and hostess were delightful though. So I'd recommend not going later in the night. Pictures are from our first visit!!

Terrible experience at Lazy Dog. We waited past time our reservation (why make reservation if walk ins get tables first anyway) for a table and somehow multiple groups who came in after us were seated first. Staff didn’t seem to care at all and offered no real explanation. Completely disorganized and very inconsiderate, especially toward families with infants.
What makes this even more upsetting is that this was supposed to be my first Mother’s Day celebration, and the entire experience completely ruined it. After waiting around for so long with a baby and being ignored, we finally left frustrated and disappointed. We definitely will not be coming back.

Stopped in for lunch and had a really great experience.
Miles was our server and he was awesome, super friendly, easy to talk to, and always checked in at the right times without being over the top.
You can tell he actually cares about making sure you’re having a good time.
Katie, the manager, came by too and was really nice. She made sure everything was good and asked if we needed anything, which I always appreciate.
Overall, just really solid service all around and it made the whole visit that much better. I’d definitely come back.

From the moment we walked in, the experience was welcoming and enjoyable. Miles, our server, was fantastic, attentive, friendly, and genuinely engaging. His personality made the meal even better, and he struck the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth.
Katie, the manager, also stopped by and was incredibly kind and accommodating. She took the time to check on us and make sure everything was perfect, which really stood out.
Overall, the service was outstanding and made the entire visit feel like a five-star experience. I’d definitely come back again.
