The food was great, service and atmosphere were welcoming and friendly.
We were sat down immediately, servers and staff were super friendly. Courtney, our server, was great. She welcomed us for our first time, had great recommendations, and even offered us free house made chips for our first time here.
If you’re looking for a good quality place with variety of foods and great service, this is your spot.

My server was Courtney and from the moment we arrived she was welcoming, attentive and enjoyable. We were celebrating my two daughter’s birthdays and she kept them engaged and happy the whole time. She made them feel special on their day and that I can’t thank her enough for making their day rememberable. Food came out fresh and timely. She is one of the special ones there at Lazy Dog and would love for her to be our server every time we come.

Food - okay can also get at some place in Vegas
Atmosphere - great ambiance and lots of charming dogs
Service - server outside delayed with request not too busy not a lot of guest the time I was there. Server gave me the POS to pay for my meal while I am still eating, he says no rush but he saw me actively eating. I paid after but stayed a little to finish my drink he went to my table and asked if there's any concern with the service, I said not really then continue with my drink. Before leaving, he asked the same question again, I said no and he looks at me like I did something wrong. Is he waiting for an extra tip? I paid with tip amount listed on the check. Will I go back to Vegas, yes. Will I comeback here for food and ambiance, yes as this is off strip. Will I comeback and experience the server stare and repeat questions, no.

I loved the food but unfortunately the service wasn’t there. I normally go to one in Downtown Summerlin so it’s rare for me to come here. However, there were barely any people there and the food took forever to come, 40 minutes probably. I asked the waitress if I could have one of the same personal dessert because I didn’t want a huge one. And she denied me and said I would have to purchase the whole meal. Even though my meal didn’t apply to it and I’ve had it done for me before. Additionally, when asking her about why I got charged full price for my meal even though it was on the lunch menu and I even asked her about it. If my bowl that I wanted was considered apart of lunch because it was a teriyaki bowl . She replied with yes it is counted and after asking her about the price she said the system automatically changes and she can’t do anything about it. This meal was supposed to be good because it was for an early Mother’s Day and birthday lunch but was ruined.

They had like 30 open tables on the patio but said it was a 35 minute wait to be seated so we sat down outside and waited... then about 2 minutes later someone came up and said the table we were sitting at was reserved and asked us to go wait outside. I explained that I have a back injury and can't stand for a long time they said it doesn't matter and we have to get up and wait outside because maybe someone else might want to sit where we are sitting. We said we would move if someone wanted this table because there are like 25 other open tables. About 2 minutes later another waiter came by and asked us to move to a table without cushions. I explained that I have a bad back and could not sit on a wood chair because it was painful and they have several tables with cushion seats available so they need to accommodate my disability. The server said that the tables with cushions are all reserved and said he did not care about disabilities and we have to move. They refused to serve us and asked us to leave so I'm contacting my lawyer and hope to bring a ADA lawsuit against this location for failing to be accommodating to persons with disabilities. They absolutely could have let us sit at a cushion table but the staff was very condescending and rude. Never going back to lazy dog.
