  I’ve had the Hot Italian and the Berria. Both were delicious. Personally I was not a fan of the Lardo fries. Definitely recommend the sandwiches.

Absolutely addictive – Lardo nailed it! We popped into Lardo during our recent stay at the Cosmopolitan and it quickly became one of the highlights of the trip. This place delivers exactly what it promises: bold, over-the-top, ridiculously flavorful sandwiches and sides that hit every craving. We shared the Dirty Fries (sprinkled with Parmesan) and the Beeria Grilled Cheese, and both were phenomenal. The fries were crispy, perfectly seasoned, and loaded with that cheesy Parmesan goodness that made them dangerously addictive—we couldn’t stop going back for more. The Beeria Grilled Cheese was next-level: melty, gooey cheese hugging tender, juicy birria beef with all those rich, savory spices. Every bite was a perfect mix of crispy bread, oozing cheese, and that flavorful dipped-in-consommé beef. It’s rich, indulgent, and worth every single calorie. We were stuffed but already plotting our next visit. The vibe is casual and fun, perfect for a quick but memorable bite while exploring the Cosmo. Service was friendly and efficient too. If you’re in the mood for something hearty, cheesy, and packed with flavor, Lardo is a must. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Vegas! Highly recommend the Dirty Fries + Beeria Grilled Cheese combo. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  The chicken sandwich and porchetta sandwich were really good, but the porchetta is skimpy with the meat. About 1/3 of the sandwich had no meat on it, but the rest of the sandwich was delicious and the fries were perfect.
