- KWK WJun 28, 20261.0So I have been going to this krispy for some years. And I noticed that they always have different managers that dont stay to long. So for me service is never consistent. I went in today and ordered a dozen and 2 extra doughnuts. Well I get home I got 3 wrong doughnuts. So I called and talked to someone to fix the problem so I had to drive all the way back to the shop. I get there no apologies for the issue. So I also noticed that guy in the drive thru touches everything with his gloves. From texting on his phone touching register and money then grabbing people's doughnuts. Even mine i didn't say anything. I ended up throwing them out. I think customer service needs to step it up and handling product with dirty gloves on. Hopefully this helps this location

I appreciated Antonio’s exceptional customer service skills while talking to me. He showed great respect and gave great suggestions on what donuts to get specifically the two New York cheesecake, donuts, and the original glazed Donuts, Antonio’s interaction made me feel great and the reason why I will return to the store again Great customer service Antonio.
