I had to call the restaurant to even know it had been delivered! No one called, text, or anything to let me know it had arrived. That is totally unacceptable! It was left at a security desk without my knowledge! They said they can't come upstairs to deliver. Had they contacted me like a business would do, they'd know I was on the bottom floor and able to come out and grab my food! I hate the fact it was just sitting on a desk and I had no idea!!! I will NOT be ordering from this location again! Very unprofessional! I am very upset!
