  The employees are rude. They need customer service training. I'll go to Cheba Hut down the street from now on where the food is not as good as JJ's but the service is much nicer.

  I just walked in and the co workers was cursing, then looked at me and said are you ordering i said yes then he turned around and started slamming stuff. Was a bulky guy, looked bald but wearing a hat

  I ordered a large catering order for Wednesday, and I arrived a bit before my pickup time. They were just finishing up my order, so I knew it was fresh. They also were very kind and friendly and helped me to my car with everything. The food was delicious and everybody loved it.

  We ordered delivery. We ordered 7 sandwiches and our delivery had an accurate receipt but only 6 sandwiches inside. We called to let them know they forgot one sandwich and the employee argued with us and said the missing sandwich was in the bag and wanted us to come down to the store to prove it. Which doesn’t really make any sense and also defeats the purpose of delivery. We just wanted the missing sandwich or a refund of the missing sandwich and they refused to do either.
