    I've been going to this Jimmy John's as a last resort, through the years and the reason why I despises Jimmy Johns is because it seems like the management is s*****, which in turn the workers become s***** too. I always ask for extra veggies and when I pay for my sandwich, they promp for tip and the sandwich is so skinny with some tomatoes, I don't know what it's so hard or I guess it costs them a little bit more labor to add what I asked and so I told him, this is why I don't tip you guys ever because of this. The main st Jimmy is top notch but not opened regular hours

    This is my original review. I added my second review at the end <33 "I walk in and the restaurant is about half full, but still very clean! I get greated instantly, WHILE he was helping another customer. They made customer service look easy and efficient. I have been going to JJs for a long time and just started ordering the little johns.. I asked for double everything but the vegetables and got exactly what I asked for <3 I got my food before I could even finish the payment. My favorite part was the service I received. I wish I remembered what the cashiers name was, but he was such a gentleman!. I'm so happy that this is my local Jimmy Johns! No I'm not a bot. I'm just super thrilled by my Jimmy Johns experience. Mama taught them right :))" The manager responded in such a lovely manner. Thank you! Just wanted to add some notes from my most recent visit. Fast forward to today, and I come in and order my ~free~ birthday sandwhich :) I thought there was only one person working, Triston. He was absolutely amazing! Perfect service, perfect sandwhich, very charming and patient with us when we spilled our drink. :') I wish I remember who helped me during my original visit. I have a feeling its the same person but I could be wrong. He seemed to be much more enthusiastic about his job and took it seriously, ehile also being incredibly friendly. Give that man a raise! Anywayyy.... 10/10 like always. And anybody that complains om Google about their experience here definitely had some other employee there to take care of them. Im pretty sure the person I was praising in my original review was him ☆☆☆☆☆

    I had a really good experience with JOJO! They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, and honestly made the visit much better. I do want to mention that the restaurant was extremely hot inside. It was uncomfortable enough that I noticed it immediately, and I really hope management gets the air conditioning issue resolved soon. The employees deserve to have a comfortable environment to work in, especially during the summer. Jojo was wonderful despite the conditions and deserves recognition for their great customer service!
