  They completely skipped making my drink. When I got in line to make my drink order there was no one before me. I placed my order and was given the number #119. I waited and I saw them working on drinks, because a line had formed and other people placed orders as well. The first drink made was #118, which I thought was funny because there was no one else waiting before me, then no one came forward to collect the drink, after a while I thought maybe they meant to say #119. Then the second drink was called out #120 and someone came forward to collect, which was the lady who had ordered after me. I decided to ask if they had accidentally called the wrong number and the girl said no, it’s #118, the white gummi. I asked if they were working on order #119 and the girl just walked away. I decided to ask someone else and she came to check and she asked the girl making the drinks and she insisted it was #118 the white gummi. They both checked the screen and I think at this moment they saw they had made a mistake and then decided to lie to me and say it was #119 the aloha pineapple. I’m not dumb, I’m very observant I told them I heard them call it the white gummi twice and they tried to gaslight me and say they never said that. At that point I didn’t want to be a problem so I took them at their word and just took the drink since I already paid, but that didn’t sit right with me and the other people waiting also saw the whole interaction and insisted I get what I paid for. I went back and told the lady it didn’t taste like pineapples. She opened the container and saw the color of the smoothie. She knew it wasn’t the right smoothie and showed the other girl. She ended up remaking my drink herself the second time around I saw her add the pineapples and strawberries and it tasted exactly like I had ordered. I understand mistakes get made, we’re all human, but at least take accountability for it when they do happen instead of doubling down on it. I would rather be told honestly hey, it’s a mistake but instead they tried to gaslight me and treated me like I was stupid. They make hundreds of smoothies all day, remaking one to reflect what a paying customer had actually ordered shouldn’t have been such a huge issue. I also tipped them a dollar when I paid and after the whole experience I wish I could ask for my dollar back.

  Ordered a smoothie and it was peach but a very sad excuse for a smoothie. 1st it was waaaay to icy, more like a melted snow cone then a smoothie. Also the peach flavor was FAKE, they dont use real fruit and a lot of sugar. If you want a smoothie go pretty much anywhere else & you will get better quality.

  All their cold coffees look good on their menu pictures. Tried coffee frozen drink for $10 absolute garbage.

  Th acai bowl and the smoothie I had were mid. Filled with sugar and not that much food for the money you spend. The staff is friendly but not too enthusiastic.

  El servicio es horrible , la mujer que me atendió me miró con mala cara mas de 3 veces por que yo estaba esperando una parte de mi orden la cual ya estaba lista y em vez de Decirme tu orden está lista ya puedes irte muchas gracias por comprar (lo normal) me dijo tu orden está listo hace rato con muy mala forma. Servicio muy muy muy malo
