  Yup. Won't be going to this jamba anymore. Spent 45 dollars on an order and the kid stole my points and gave to someone else. I messaged customer service and they replied that the points were already given to me. Nope. 45 dollars in points is not 120 points. Not to mention that I've asked numerous times to put a note on my account so when i order from the app, I can get the one item that isn't on the app for some reason which is the chocolate love. They can't seem to fix it I've spoken several times to the manager and even IT so since they don't know how to fix it, the manager promised to put a note on my account. Couple times yes but then they just stopped so I stopped going. Decided to give them another try and ordered 50 some dollars and they refuse to give me my points so I'll just refuse to ever go there again. Salad to go is better and cheaper anyways.

  The staff there are great. Very friendly. I always order the chicken empanadas and greens n ginger smoothie. If I could tip them I would. Great staff! Great food!

  Should I be concern that the card reader to make a payment had blue tape around it? That made me feel uncomfortable. Hope you guys fix this asap.
