  Sitting here and no one greeted me as I walked in. No acknowledgement whatsoever. Terrible service.

  Drive thru customer. Pulled up, looking at the menu, the team member greets me with “what can I started for you today?” and I’m still looking at the menu. She prompts me again with a “are you ready to order?” And I said “may I have a minute? because I just pulled up?” And she repeated me “you need a minute?” And I said again “yes, because I just pulled up” I hear her sigh and say “let me know when you’re ready” and I can almost here the eye roll as she said it. That type of attitude is a red flag and suddenly I’m thinking that no matter what my order is going to be messed up because I have the audacity to ask for a minute to look at the menu. At my place of work, this type of review would result in instant termination. But I understand this is not my place of work and she doesn’t know me from the next customer. Begs the question though, will she be just as rude to the next customer that needs a minute as well?

  Great service from the ladies working today. I did not like the choice I got (Acai Super Antioxidant smoothie). I informed the ladies that I was not a fan and they polite providedme with a better option (protien berry smoothie) simple and to the point very delicious. Great work today ladies, 👏🏾

  The worst Jamba juice store in NV! Terrible customer service ever!! The stuff is very unprofessional and extremely rude.(as other customers mentioned in their reviews!) The store's management and operations are absolutely terrible.
