While the event is advertised as starting at 7:00 PM, Santana does not actually take the stage until after 8:00 PM. This results in long, crowded lines—many of those waiting are elderly—who are left standing for at least 45 minutes just to enter the venue. Although there is security present at the entrance, I have repeatedly noticed a lack of enforcement inside the event. People frequently occupy seats that are not theirs and simply move a few seats down when the rightful ticketholder arrives. During this show alone, four individuals who appeared intoxicated, and clearly did not have tickets for those seats, stood up and blocked the view for paying attendees like myself. Additionally, the seating itself is extremely uncomfortable. Despite attending Santana concerts at this venue twice a year, I have never been able to sit through an entire show without experiencing leg cramps or a charlie horse. This only happens at the House of Blues; I've never encountered this issue at other venues. Sadly, these recurring problems—seat poachers, insufficient security, and uncomfortable seating—are causing me to reconsider attending Santana shows here, even though seeing Santana is the main reason I visit Las Vegas. At this point, the experience simply isn't worth the trouble or expense.

Came for a great concert and had fun. However I was in the upper level, mid row on the side. You can only see half the stage from here so it couldnhave been better. Still, it was a great time but wish I would have picked different seats.

It was absolutely ridiculous the way that the seats were set up compared to the stage, and the more expensive seats were, the worse seats. Wherever you set up stairs, you were missing part of the stage, you had to watch the tvs because you couldn't hardly see the stage and then people were getting up and standing in front of you just a video. Finally, towards the end of the show, I went downstairs to see what it was all about and actually, the people that were in standing room only, I believe had better seats and better sound. The parking for the show was a straight forty dollar fee. Luckily I was a disabled Vet, and they went ahead and waved my fee. That was very nice of them. I thank them for that. The prices for the alcohol and the food were absolutely outrageous! Beers were the cheapest at $15. I waited thirty five years to see the band Halloween and it absolutely was tough because I couldn't enjoy it so, it really ruined my experience.I hope other people had better experiences than I had, but I just don't recommend ever sitting on the second floor at the House of Blues. I do thank the House of Blues for having Helloween there though.

This was my first visit to the HoB but it will not be my last! We planned a whole trip from western Canada to see one of our bucket list bands - Architects - and originally had tried to get VIP or some kind of upgrade but there was nothing left online. We had asked the person who responded to our email to let us know if anything opens up, and sure enough the night of the show Liberty emailed and there were some last minute tables available and we were able to upgrade at the doors. (Thanks Liberty!!) Was it pricey? Yes. Was it worth it? Absolutely! The gentleman who helped us upgrade - Nick - was an absolute gem - answered all of our questions and made sure myself and my friends were taken care of. We have visited Vegas several times but it was the first time we experienced that level of hospitality. I may have industry connections in my own city, but I'm a nobody in Vegas and he made me feel like I was a big deal. Our waitress (Angela, Andrea? I'm sorry I'm still hungover lol) was a sweetheart and checked on us often, the drinks and food in the venue were tasty and reasonably priced as well which surprised me - it's Vegas, everything is expensive! Loved the plastic cocktail-shaker glass I got to take home, will make a cute little display piece with some trinkets and things I bought on my trip! The sound quality of the actual show was fantastic - even with screaming-rock-music - I've found smaller venues can not sound great with that style of music but it was flawless. Truly we all had such a good time. If I *had* to give some feedback, the only thing I would mention is that it would have been nice for someone to be watching the VIP area entrances for folks just sneaking in, had quite a few people without wristbands sneak in from GA who stood directly in front of us to film/take photos or just cut across to the other side and got in the way of ours... BUT that was so minor and they all left eventually - I was having too good of a time to let that bother me for long. Again, Nick if you're reading this - THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU - not only did you keep your word and look out for us, you made a handful of tourists feel like they were right at home in a way that nowhere else in Vegas has. I know I stuck around to thank you and Liberty both in person after the show but, I had to come leave a review specifically because of you. Our night would not have been the same if you hadn't helped us out and having the best table in the house made the show that much more epic! (Seriously, do whatever it takes to keep Nick happy at HoB, losing him would be such a loss - TIME FOR A RAISE!!) Thank you again for an amazing night!

House of Blues Las Vegas is an incredible spot that perfectly blends live music, great food, and an electric atmosphere! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the energy—whether there’s a live performance going on or just the vibrant vibe of the place itself. The venue is fantastic, with great sound quality and an intimate setup that makes every show feel special. The food is just as impressive, offering a variety of flavorful dishes, and the drinks are well-made with plenty of options to choose from. The staff are friendly, professional, and keep everything running smoothly, even during busy events. Whether you're there for a concert, dinner, or just drinks, it’s always a memorable experience. Definitely a must-visit spot in Las Vegas for music lovers and anyone looking for a great night out! 🎶🍹✨
