The food was amazing: steak cooked perfectly, the drinks were amazing, and the desert was to die for esp the bananas foster. The service is also great, but there is this one servicer: an Asian Gentleman in a black suit that completely ruined the whole vibe of the dinner. I believe his name was Kevin but unfortunately I was unable to see his name badge. When my father asked for help for the wine selection, that server was completely dismissive and made my father feel unwelcomed and uncomfortable. He made it seem like his choice was completely wrong, and made it seem like he was illiterate and unable to understand what written down when my father just needed help in understanding the choices available. Never has my family been so disrespected, and felt so unseen. It completely ruined the whole birthday dinner for him which is disappointing as the restaurant is suppose to embody luxury services. Though every thing else was amazing, because of this one maladaptive experience, we will never return despite being locals.

I've seen all the hype on IG and FB so I had to go for Father's day on my LV trip. Airline lost my bags but the restaurant was very accommodating in adjusting my reservation. We started the meal with the bread that smelled devine with a rosemary butter topping but crumbled when I split it to butter it. It was dry and stale. For my meal I ordered filet and lobster with a king crab leg add on. The first bite of my steak had a piece of silver skin/tendon that was not chewable. Bur the rest was spot on medium rare. The lobsters tail was massive and tough. Larger tails can be tough but this was way over cooked and rubbery to chew. The crab legs tasted good but we're warm in some areas and still frozen in other areas. The bar did have an excellent tequila selection with all 3 expressions of Fortaleza sitting right out front (IYKYK). I dod have say the vream spinach was spectacular. Over all way more hype than actual effort in my opinion. My meal was $390, this does not reflect the cost of the actual proteins. You are paying for ambiance, lore and the LV hype. Wouldn't go back.

My brother and I made a reservation about 5 months ago. The wait was definitely worth it. Yes, it's pricey. If you drive to the restaurant, just know that parking is limited. We got lucky with an early dinner and the parking lot not being full. As soon as we walked in the hostess checked us in and we were taken to our table, seemed like less than a minute. There are less costly options, but let's be real, you come here to eat some of the best prepared beef in the world. My brother got a ribeye and I got the prime rib and we both got the table side Caesar salad. These were the best steaks I've ever tasted. Is there better out there, probably. This is an experience and it was really good.

Such a disappointment. As a local, we have been hearing about this place for years. We’ve seen the social media posts, but clearly they were giving great reviews because they were being paid. The food looked NOTHING like what was shown in the posts. The lobsters were TEENY. The crab was DRY and fishy, certainly old and not quality. I’ve had better from the grocery stores. The steak was good, but I’ve had better many times at other restaurants. The baked potato was undercooked and crunchy in the middle. The Brussels sprouts were out of this world amazing. The escargot was most likely from frozen - tough and unpleasant. The meatballs were really good, and the kids truly enjoyed them. The fries were also great. The table side ceasar was decent, but had wayyyyy too much Dijon. Overall we were disappointed. All 5 steaks at our table were slightly over the temp requested. I can’t believe I waited 16 years for that. Shocked it’s so hard to get a reservation there. Pretty sure it’s the false advertising doing the trick.

I’m going to cut to the chase and say only come here when you book a table, eating solo doesn’t quite hit. The food is solid, but let’s be honest, we’re here for the old vegas vibes and table-side presentation. Tableside presentation only happens at … tables. And if you order 2+ of things. I was disappointed to find out I can’t watch a man set brandies cherries on fire. Portion sizes were clearly meant to be shared. Ironically, it meant I had to skip having steak (filet is for suckers) because I was set on having king crab which is only offered by the pound so I didn’t have much room for anything else. $185/lb as of June 2026- steep but when in Vegas, baby! The crab legs were excellent. Gorgeous presentation. Not the best I’ve ever had, but I wonder if it’s nostalgia that makes me reminisce about cracking open freshly steamed king crab legs around the dining room table and being in utter bliss. The biggest drawback was the temperature - they weren’t quite hot when they hit the table, granted when the legs are split, they cool down quickly. I would have just enjoyed one half of a leg on top of a steak which would been amazing if I shared a table with others. The twice baked potato was delicious as well. Couldn’t order anything else because giant potato and a pound of crabs filled my belly. The vibes and aesthetic of the space is well worth the visit though. The bar itself is gorgeous - it is embedded with ancient poker machines with an interesting custom table top for food. As I waited for my rideshare, I glanced at other guests in their leather booths and how I would have loved to sink into that seat for 2 hours, happily buzzed and filled with meat, watching flames dancing on cherries. Alas Vegas, next time. Kudos to Alejandro at the bar being a top notch, attentive server. By far the best service I had in Vegas.
