  We went to get the deep dish, pizza and both the website and the menu say it takes 40 minutes to make the pizza and our waitress told us that it takes an hour to an hour and 15 minutes, Which would put us late for our event. So we had to get food that we didn’t want a terrible salad and a horrible sampler. This was no better than something at Denny’s. If you want to go here for the pizza and you have an event that you want to go to avoid this place at all cost.

  We had heard a lot about Giordano’s and its 50+ year legacy, so we were excited to finally try one of the most famous pizza places in Las Vegas. Unfortunately, our experience did not quite live up to the hype. The pizza itself was delicious, cheesy, and full of flavor. It definitely lived up to its reputation. However, the service was very slow. We waited about an hour for our pizza, and after we finished eating, we had to wait another 30 minutes just to get the bill. The restaurant was not even busy, so the long wait was disappointing. If you are visiting Giordano’s then be prepared for slower service. Hopefully, they can improve their service.

  I went to this restaurant with a group of 5 people. We were told there would be a 1-hour wait to be seated. Since we had to wait, we sat at the bar counter and ordered some appetizers and drinks. Nobody informed us that if we ordered anything there, we wouldn't be allowed to move to the restaurant area to sit together at a proper table and have our meal. When we asked to pay for the drinks and appetizers so we could move to the dining room, they refused to let us. Throughout all of this, the staff's attitude was completely unwelcoming. It’s all because of their absurd tipping system—they compromise customer service just to chase pennies. At the bar, we couldn't even enjoy our food properly together because water was leaking from the cooling system every few feet. A terrible experience. The appetizers were mediocre, though the pizzas were actually good. Still, it was hands down the worst service I have ever experienced.

  The deep-dish pizza was outstanding! Very flavorful, soft, cheesy, and absolutely delicious. Honestly, the pizza was the best part of our experience. Unfortunately, the overall service was very disappointing. The staff we interacted with came across as rude, and there was a complete lack of hospitality. At one point, we genuinely felt like leaving the place. Also, be prepared to wait around an hour for your pizza, which felt a bit strange considering the restaurant was almost empty when we visited around 4 PM. Amazing deep-dish pizza, but the service and hospitality definitely need major improvement.

  Very poor service and experience. We arrived around 5:15pm on a Tuesday, and we're ready to order within 10 minutes. Not once did anybody check up to see how appetizers were, one of our party members went to the bar to get a drink, waited at the bar for 10 to 15 minutes before the single Bartender at the time took his order (during happy hour). There was no sense of urgency, water was spilled and no one cleaned it up for another 20 plus minutes, all they did was put a sign there. Not once did anybody come back to check on our table to see if we needed any refills either. We believe our server left but no one filled her spot, so we had no one serving us. As someone who generally enjoys Giordano's pizza, I will not be returning to go to this location.
