Ordered online, and had a great experience, fully informed that it would take 40 minutes to an hour for the deep dish. The whole ordering process was great, and I would probably go through it again if it wasn't for the food. Goiodano's does a great job informing you when the driver is on the way, and lets you track it. Ordered 4 items (Pictures attached) Small stuffed Deepdish (meat) Small Bacon BBQ Chicken (Tavern) Cheesy Garlic Bread Mozzarella Triangles Also got all the add-ons I requested (Plates, napkins, parmesan, and crushed red peppers) The issues I had were strictly with the food. The first issue was that the sauce containers melted in the garlic bread and mozzarella triangle containers. I do not believe I could be the first person to have this issue. I would think they would put them in a separate container. Other than that, they taste like your typical Sysco frozen restaurant food. The second issue was the "overdone" doneness of both the deep dish and the tavern pizza. The Taven style is just unedible, and removing the outer crust on the deep dish makes it so I don't have to go out tonight.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this one feels necessary so other people don’t waste their money. The pizza here is extremely overpriced and, unfortunately, awful. Spending $30–$50 on one of these pies is honestly hard to justify after tasting it. I didn’t even come to Giordano’s for the pizza I stopped in for the cookie skillet (which is actually great), but my friend wanted to try the deep dish. It ended up being the worst pizza I’ve ever had, and easily one of the most disappointing ways I’ve spent $30 in a while. The cookie skillet was the only redeeming part of the experience—I’d come back for that without hesitation. But the pizza? I genuinely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If anything, I’d feel obligated to warn people before they order it. The photos really speak for themselves.

Marcela was a great server. She took care of us and made sure we were happy. Fair warning, the house wine is pretty terrible (Cabernet Sauvignon) and honestly I drink the cheapest wine available (3 buck chuck from Trader Joe's or whatever Costco has) so I have low standards. But it was bad enough I mentioned it, and it was returned and taken off the bill. The regular deep dish pizza was outstanding! Flaky, thick crust with thick cheese and lots of toppings. The gluten free was .. fine. A thin crust pizza, which if you are gf you would probably expect. But a little bit of a let down compared to the good "normal" one.

Tried Giordano’s for a quick pickup order, and it was pretty disappointing. The to-go wait time was over an hour, which already set the tone. The Chicago-style deep dish tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp—definitely not fresh. An employee said it was just made, but when I opened the box, it was burnt, the cheese was already cold, and one of the pizzas had barely any pepperoni (only two slices). For $35 for two small pizzas, it just didn’t feel worth it. Maybe the dine-in experience is better, but based on this visit, I wouldn’t recommend the walk-up option.

Giordano's was a last minute decision for eating somewhere. Thankfully we were able to get a seat at the end of their outdoor seating area, but had we had waited for a table, it would have been 45+ minutes. The problem was, we were greeted by the hostess outside, when we mentioned the number in our party, she said there would be a wait... and immediately walked to a table with some menus. Mind you she did come back after dropping them off, but if you say there's a wait, at least tell us how long before you vanish. Then she said they did have some tables at the end of their outdoor area. Which we were fine with. Digging into the menu, there are plenty of good sounding options. The pictures of the deep dish pizza looked good, but we didn't want to go that heavy. We did however try the sampler platter, which the Bruschetta was good, the chicken nuggests seemed cheap, but at least the cheap flavor was buried by the buffalo sauce. The mozzarella triangles were not impressive. And the cheese bread was OK. We both had salads that really didn't stand out. So for the price, it was not really worth it. The hardest part is the atmosphere. It's located in a busy area, so it's great for people watching, but you do have a country bar that's got loud music and there's a massive billboard that is flashing right above you. It's a little distracting at night. Our server was the best part of the experience though. Hilario was extremely friendly, attentive and quick with deliveries.
