  We were looking for an upscale dining experience and they definatly provided. We made our reservation by calling in and the staff was very helpful over the phone. We got there about 10min before not knowing how busy they would be and they greeted us immediately and got us seated. The server Adriano P. Was quick, attentive and made great suggestions. We ended up going with the Sweet Chili Calamari (we got the sauce on the side) it was phenomenal. The calamari was crispi but not rubbery and the sauce paired with it was just amazing. For our entrees my wife got the Jumbo Scallops with Wild Mushroom Risotto and i got the Lamb Chops with Ratatouille. The scallops were melt in your mouth and paired very well with the risotto and the truffle butter with scallion oil on the plate. My wife has been raving over that dish ever since. The lamb was just as exceptional. They were tender and seasoned well with a nice crust and when combined with the ratatouille and balsamic glaze on the plate, was just an explosion of flavor in your mouth. For dessert we got the New York Cheesecake and it was creamy and savory with the slight citrus taste from the strawberry redwine sauce. It was just an amazing expierence not to mention when either my wife or I got up to use the restroom the manager would come over and make the cloth napkin into a cool design. They have an amazing staff and great menu would go there everytime we go to Las Vegas. 10/10. They aslo gave my wife chocolate truffles for her birthday with a candle on top.

  Flemings never disappoints. The food is spectacular, fresh and delicious. Staff are very attentive and atmosphere feels sophisticated and upbeat.

  We had an outstanding experience at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar. We ordered the strip steak, two filets with shrimp stuffed with crab from the prix fixe menu, and the tuna poke—and every dish came out perfectly cooked. The loaded baked potato was massive and packed with flavor, easily one of the best sides we’ve had. The service really stood out. The staff worked as a true team—multiple people checking in, clearing plates, even that old-school table scrape. Management came by as well, which says a lot about how they run things. The ambiance is beautiful—upscale but still comfortable. You know how locals always seem to know the real places to go? This is one of those. Definitely worth it if you’re in Vegas and want something just off the Strip that delivers. We’ll absolutely be back.
