  A beautiful upscale steakhouse with great atmosphere, superior service, excellent food. Highly recommend Flemings for those special event dinners.

  People nowadays may remember the name of Paul Fleming, as the founder of Fleming's Steakhouse. As many people have not forgotten the importance of the story coincided with a name. Especially in the name of innovators like Sir Alexander Fleming. One who revolutionized medicine. Perhaps a well defined story of a E-man. An innovator of human evolution. For some people, this Steakhouse perfect for special occasions. For others it is a perfect place for a balanced full course meal. While the lounging area is still defined as a happy place. An area for reflecting upon the stories made of good eman. And if you can see just how far back a good story can reflect upon people. Just spell eman backwards. It still spells out a good NAME.

  We’ve been coming to Fleming’s Steakhouse for years and it just keeps getting better. Diego and Amber are hands down the best … they remember us every visit, always have the perfect recommendation and make every dinner feel like a special occasion. The food is flawless and the service is even better. This is our place and it always will be!

  My wife and I enjoy a weekday steak house happy hour with dim lighting every week or two, Flemmings Summerlin delivers. A good assortment of well priced drinks, decent wine selection, even a Martini option with gin or vodka and a splash of dry vermouth. The Happy Hour snacks are also tasty, from sliders to seafood options. The lights are low, and the background music sets the stage for a romantic happy hour date.
