  The worst drive thru service that I ever get Customer Service is very poor First time the don’t have a mix chicken And corn tortillas Second time they don’t have a pico de gallo And red salsa The actitud of the the employees is the most bad part this pollo loco

  It seems as if that as an honest merit you'd have provided a working link with which to do so . Did you clean the dead animal carcass from less than 20 feet away from your door ?

  This is my second time reviewing here. The past few months I’ve been OK here, but I just came tonight and like my energy be OK and like they got my drink wrong and I told her and she’s having an attitude because she got my drink wrong. The lady at the register at 7:42 PM, so I know you know which girl I’m talking about, so I’m not here to get nobody in trouble, but y’all gotta fix the energy up in like I’m y’all got my order wrong and you’re getting an attitude because I told you the drink was wrong. Like, no man, that’s weird. You feel me? So

  Como acostumbre yo Paseo a comprar 2 o 3 veces por mes siempre me dan un buen servicio y el pollo fresco asi como lo pido asi me lo dan super delicious esta vez me atendio celena muy bien servicio muy atenta y muy amable

  Walk in on my lunch break as to go to the bathroom, rude drive thru man/lady told me its for customers only without asking me or seing that I was a customer... I walk out super awkward and upset and was hungry and had to pee and go back in 3 minutes later. I order my food and ask the same person to go pee they gave me the code so fast I couldnt even understand them had to ask a 3rd time. Finally get to pee and the bathroom floor is covered in pee. Not sure who the Area Manager is now but when Daniel was it El Pollo loco has great customer service and the bathroom wasnt covered in pee at 11 am with bearly any customers.
