  It is a constant issue of them screwing up orders not doing anything right serving poor food, etc. from what I can see here. I have come here multiple times and I’ve had my order screwed up twice myself. I ordered a combo that they gave me drink for my chips where am I birthday? I didn’t order one when I got it again. I ordered the same thing every single time I was there burrito and I have to walk over there. I typically frequent El Pollo Loco on a regular basis. I will not be frequent in this location.

  Usually love coming here but this placejust has bad energy n just gets mad at u when they mess up or talk rude to u I would not comment or waste my time if this wasn’t true!!! Few good workers here but the guy in there rude wonder why nobody in that place in the inside

  I order from this location because of the convenience. This has happened multiple times they get the order wrong ...missing items the quality of the food is terrible. But today's order took the cake the mashed potatoes had no gravy they forgot my chips and salsa and the chicken was yellow and undercooked- $35 order... management needs to get it together over there and train their workers and cooks better. You would think after multiple complaints that quality and getting orders right would improve...SMH
