While some things have changed over the last few decades, El Pollo Loco's delivery of fresh, authentic food has not. Everything starts with whole chickens that are slowly marinated in a special recipe of herbs, spices, fruit juices and garlic. The chicken is then expertly fire-grilled to perfection the authentic way - on our signature open-flame grills - then hand cut into your favorite Mexican entrees. We put that same dedication and care into our handmade guacamole, salsas and dressings every day. At El Pollo Loco in Las Vegas,NV, we believe that when real food meets real fire the result is great taste that will keep you coming back again and again.

- RCRenato de CarvalhoSep 30, 20265.0The totem setup is easy and intuitive, and the staff is quick and attentive. I’ve eaten at other locations, and this one is by far one of the best, with fresh food served at the perfect temperature.
- DRDaniel Escobedo RubioSep 27, 20265.0I stopped here on my way home from Vegas, and really enjoyed my meal! The digital check-in kiosk failed to process my order, and the Staff personally took my order. If you’re in the area and in the mood for some good chicken, this is your place. I highly recommend.
- 2J2 OF JUANSep 16, 20265.0El Pollo Loco is always one of our go-to places when we want something fresh, flavorful, and satisfying! The fire-grilled chicken is juicy, tender, and seasoned perfectly, and you can taste that it is cooked fresh. The sides, salads, bowls, burritos, and family meals give everyone something delicious to choose from. The portions are generous, the prices are reasonable, and the food comes out fresh and hot. It is a great option when you want a quick meal that still tastes like real food. Their family meals make dinner easy, especially on those busy days when nobody feels like cooking. The employees are friendly, the service is fast, and the restaurant is always welcoming. We appreciate a place that consistently gives us good food and good service without a long wait. If you have not tried El Pollo Loco, you are missing out. Come hungry, bring the family, and enjoy some of the best fire-grilled chicken around. Five stars and definitely recommended!
- AJAaron JonesSep 3, 20261.0What a joke. This lady really let me sit here after 10 minutes of trying order a combo NOT in the kiosk. After I asked for help, she still did the drive thru!! Lmao, this location is a joke and served me bad chicken last time
- JBJames BeardenAug 28, 20262.0$9.00 for a quesadilla is a bit much. I won't return because of the self order kiosk. What happened to having a cashier taking orders.
