  I use the app to order my food in between my 2 full-time jobs. I scheduled for a pickup at counter being the only option in the app 1045pm because it says online and on the app they're open until 1130pm. I arrived slightly early at 1031pm to locked doors saying Dine hours close at 10pm ok no problem drive to speaker at drive thru give my name stating that I have an order to pick up and that I'm early. Person on headset say ok pull up to the window. At the window now and person says we don't have an order for my name. I confirm address and it's correct at this time now it's 1035 only car there since 1031 I show her my order on the app and say I chose it to be picked up at 1045pm. She states oh that's why. I ask that's why what? She states that the time I chose to pick up my order is the time that the restaurant receives my order? How does that make any sense at all. If that's really how it is that's a horrible system. I'm told return around at 1045pm. I park it to wait the 10 minutes more. While waiting of course 2 cars would come and go through drive thru. Luckily when 1045pm hit both cars gone. I give my name I'm told to pull up again. I'm assuming they have my order now because they hand me my drink which unfortunately was the best thing from this order. And she walks away then comes back and says we're just waiting for your tenders? Are you kidding me it's now 1050pm. I'm bout to blow a gasket because this just wasn't handled right at all from the get go. It wasn't really that she rude. It more so that she didn't care at all. Anyway I now get my food bag feels hot head to work clock in I'm eating by 11pm but it just fell flat. Wanted to try the Tenders they were good but over priced still 7.5/10 Tried the Salsa Verde Quesadilla it sucked not filled very much taste was bland even with guac or sauces 3/10 Chips are Chips Coke was 10/10 So with that Experience and Service food let me down.

  The food is fine, no one even speaks to you. I'm in the lobby with no one else and minimal drive through activity, no Ubers, and it's been 10 minutes for 2 tacos and churros. We just got home from a 4 hour drive, stopped to get tacos, sat for 10 minutes, to get the wrong tacos. 😤 The meat is dry and hard to chew, absolutely disgusting.

  Very friendly Laura and Daniel were very nice and extremely helpful even tho I dont speak Spanish the cook and staff are always dressed nice and super clean I seen them stay late and work together scrubbing this store every night on Silverado Ranch and Bermuda location its the cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever been in and always busy especially drive thru but these are type of employees you want when it comes to food preparation and food handling very professional 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Made a complaint as I ate inside and as I was waiting for my food I observed the person handling the chicken continually touching his nose. A coworker heard my concern and basically dismissed it.
