- JCJoseph COct 16, 20262.0About 7:30 pm. As soon as I walked in I got a bad "vibe". Woman behind counter was very confused and unfriendly. The salsa bar was closed. The manager announced that they only had 15 pieces of chicken and they would not have chicken for one hour after that. I ordered a 12 pc family meal. I had To tell her five times what size I wanted, And another five what salsas we wanted. She kept forgetting. I also asked for a side of sour cream... 6 times. She told me that she would have to charge me for it and forgot it, Until I mentioned it again. .99 for a small cup. Chicken was good, except the white meat which was dry. A very frustrating and disappointing experience overall.

When I told the employee I didn't want to use it, he said they make us do it this way. At this point I could either make a fuss or decide to navigate my way through the screens to complete order. I don't work there why do I need to learn how to operate this piece of equipment. Maybe next I should show up with my W-9 instead of a credit card. The food was decent, however, the bathroom was filthy, not the first time I've seen that way. You know the old saying, dirty bathroom, dirty kitchen, so I'll leave it at that.
