  Why? Why would you even come here? This is quite possibly the worst restaurant I've ever been too. The chicken was TINY! No flavor! The sides tasted like they'd been in a clear bag sitting in the sun all day and someone just squeezed it out like toothpaste into food heaters. Do yourself a favor and go grab a Walmart, Costco or Sam's chicken or pizza. Better money spent!

  I am incredibly disappointed with the service my mother and I received at this El Pollo Loco location today. It was my mother’s birthday, and we wanted to celebrate with a meal. However, the cashier and the employee named Leo flatly denied her from ordering two chicken leg meals. They claimed she was strictly limited to purchasing only one meal, and then told her she would have to wait 45 minutes for the next round of chicken just to get a second meal.Refusing a paying customer the ability to buy 2 chicken leg meals…. and expecting them to wait nearly an hour for food, especially on her birthday…. is completely unacceptable and makes no sense. The customer service here was entirely uncooperative and unhelpful. We left empty-handed and incredibly upset. Management seriously needs to retrain their staff on basic service standards and clarify whatever absurd ordering restrictions they are enforcing.

  Compre dos burritos y me salieron con cara de ratón llame para hacer el reclamo y no me solucionaron nada y de remate me salio molesta la persona que me atendió es asqueroso en verdad
