  It's good, I felt that the recipe had changed for the "chicken tostada" bowl. Just seemed different, service is what you expect and they do a good job

  I have NEVER been so embarrassed about food as I was on Wednesday! We had friends visiting from out of state. My husband had heart surgery a few weeks prior. We were deciding on where to ear. I told them how good El Pollo is and more so for my husband being heart healthy. We spent $61 with tax on a 16 piece mixed meal. I understand that the store is under construction BUT it shouldn't take away from CUSTOMER SERVICE! 1st I absolutely hate drive through, because of the LACK of understanding people through a broken mic! I asked if there were any sale specials she said yes and asked if I was interested in a meal, I said yes a 16 piece mixed I said ok what is the savings, she said oh there's no specials lol. I explained to her I also had a free 2 piece with drink, she said ok your total is $61 lol I get to the window and told her about the coupon AGAIN, she repeated with ok 2 piece meal and drinks. Turns out she was taking an order for the next person! I literally gave up at that point, so I lost out on the 2 piece! Now I asked for 4 avocado dip and a lot of the mild salsa she put 6, 3 of each lol. I asked her for MORE, she literally walked away from the window (check your video). She threw a ton of avocado (see pictures). Again I gave up! Now we get home, the chicken was DRY and 2 of the breast were extremely tiny as well as the legs. If you look closely at the breast it looks like it was cut in half, it was dried out completely! I have never been so embarrassed about food! I have called corporate a few times about smaller problems at this store but nothing like this! We have been a loyal customer for over 30 year's, but I'M DONE! There's Zero excuse for the way I was treated and the food we were given!
