  They took exceptional care of me. They listened, they understood and they cared. I called to just make sure they knew, im highly allergic to avocados, I can die. They went above and beyond and even called me back to confirm nothing had avocados or guacamole. I forgot to get names, but today is Sunday 9/27 @ 5:30p So, I hope corporate rewards this shift for going above and beyond. This is THEE ONLY El Pollo Loco I trust.   I had just spent the last four hours at the ER up the street and the doctor suggested that I keep things light so I went by El Pollo Loco to get a brest of chicken and some rice. When my husband and I arrived at the drive thru there were 3-4 cars in front of us. We put in my order when the guy who worked there said that it would be a 45 minute wait for any chicken related item. As you can imagine, I was not happy with this information. I was still somewhat in pain and just wanted to get my meal so I could go home and eat. I was extremely disappointed. Not only that, we were stuck in the drive thru line for a lot longer than we should have been. This will be the last time we go to this location. Instead, my husband drove over to Costco and got a rotisserie chicken and some readymade mashed potatoes.

  My husband and i are staying at a Vegas hotel on vacation we ordered el pollio loco for dinner the restaurant is 2.5 away it was delivered by an epl employee. Upon taking it out of the bag we discovered our 8 piece meal well packed and hot w corn rice and beans and tortias Unfortunately the el pollio loco has not included any plates or silverware or napkins. I immediately called and spoke to the manager who spoke great English explaining our situation. She said she was sorry but couldn't do anything about it. I told her we needed someone from the store to deliver these items and she said that wasn't possible. I asked her what we should do. We couldn't eat our sides w no forks and still she said there was nothing she could do about it. If you all can't pack the basic utensils needed to eat your meal including the plates you have NO BUSINESS DELIVERING FOOD. This is a very basic item that should be included in every delivery regardless of where its going. Come on!!!! ITS CHICKE N NOT ROCKET SCIENCE!!!!!!!
