Since I placed the order online, when I picked up there was no receipt, so no survey number for me to fill out and voice my issue. I tried doing a general complaint online and never heard back. I simply want a refund but no one has reached out to me.

They continues having issues with keeping the place clean despite the remodel, and most of the employees could care less. Obviously the manager is not noticing what's going on. Upper management must not care about their people either. We have already contacted you on your suggested contact us page...nobody responded. Maybe, respond by following up with your team instead. Thanks.

I go to this location and order a queso guac burrito I’m given the guac burrito with no queso. Even when I emphasize the queso. It’s really upsetting.
