Placed an online order and had a colleague pick it up, first they couldn't find it and then they failed to pack it correctly. I was missing 3 tacos and when I called to inform them, they failed again with their lack of concern. I drove back to get the items replaced, only to come back to work and find everything cold as ice! They clearly did not redo my order to provide me with fresh food and thats disgraceful! Pollo loco is usually my go-to but I was left with nothing but a stomach ache! Do better!

And that especially hurts because I always get a family-sized meal because I love Pollo Loco leftovers so much. But three times now I've been stuck with lots of old/dried chicken. It really sucks. And the drive-thru cashier is always some burn-out or who just doesn't care. My last time I was there, I didn't get any tortillas with my $35 meal. And when you order a 12-piece, you expect to get more than two pico de gallo and two red sauces when you ask for a lot. Seriously, this location sucks.

Won’t be ordering delivery again! Very disappointed! Come on man! I thought salsa was part of the meal at el pollo.

The chicken pieces in our salad and quesadilla was bigger than I remembered but of worse quality for sure, we were both spitting our our chicken because of the rubbery texture. About an hour later both of us were bloated and the next day I was sick with bad stomach ache. Never again will I eat at another Polo Loco. Missing the customer service and cheap quality food. Corporate you did it again!!
