They don’t have them and will not offer a refund if you order through their official app. Asked if I could have a refund at the store since they didn’t have it and they said they couldn’t do a refund and to call a number, they never gave me, to ask for a refund. I contacted their online portal to get a refund and they never did anything. I just ended up disputing the charge on my credit card. El polo loco needs to fix their app because how can a restaurant not have access to cancel online orders that are sent to them.
