  This location has to do better with the hiring staff. I went to this location and Natalie had such horrible service, she did not want to do her job, and she was dishonest. She was very rude at the drive thru window. There were no other customers in line behind me. I asked Natalie for some avocado salsa, she said they didn’t have any salsa at all. Another employee came to the window to give me my food, Cecil. When I asked him why isn’t there any salsa, this is El Pollo Loco, we love the salsa with our food, it’s a main ingredient so if there’s no salsa, they should state that before guests order, so they know. He shrugged his shoulders and said our truck didn’t come so we have no salsa in the store. I said okay, and pulled to park in front of the store to add my avocado slices to the burrito and when I opened the burrito, I noticed they forgot the corn in my burrito. So I went inside, initially to get the corn they forgot, and BOOM!!! Right on the counter was a huge tub of avocado salsa, WITH CUPS PREMADE FOR THE CUSTOMERS. At this point I was very upset. Not only was Natalie rude at the drive thru window, she also didn’t want to serve me any salsa, why? No idea. I asked for a refund and I asked the cashier, why would she just lie like that, it’s 8 team members in here and no customers and you’re laughing like it’s a joke, then Natalie says, oh we just made that, I told that liar not to talk to me, because she lied, her teammate lied to help her, all over some salsa and a rude employee. I’m very disappointed in the whole experience. I will be contacting the store manager and EPL corporate because people need to stop playing with people’s food and thinking they can treat customers any type of way. Stop hiring people with low integrity.

  $6 for two bites of mac n cheese is crazy. This small side serving size is outrageous for $6. It’s literally two bites. Crazy.
