- PPPAOLAOct 8, 20261.0This location has a major problem fulfilling orders, both online and through the drive-thru. I always received one or two pieces less than my order. I stopped coming to this location, which is only three minutes from my house, because of this. Today, I decided to try again. When they handed me my order, I asked if it was complete, and they said yes. But when I got home, I was once again missing one piece. I ordered the 12-piece family meal, and they gave me only 11 pieces. The churros are no longer soft; they're hard. Unfortunately, either they don't know how to count the chicken pieces when they hand them out, or they're doing it on purpose because they know people aren't going to make a double trip for just one or two pieces. Thanks, but no thanks. I won't be returning to this location. I hope they manage to make some changes.

She was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. She offered great recommendations that made our experience even better and made us feel like she actually cared about making sure we enjoyed ourselves. That kind of customer service really stands out these days. You can have good food anywhere, but exceptional service and someone who goes above and beyond is what makes a place memorable. Deynezia definitely left a lasting impression, and she deserves to be recognized for it!
